Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Citrus Legal, PLLC website, content, and any services offered through the site or by separate engagement.

4.1 Citrus Legal, PLLC is a Florida law firm. Services are provided under applicable federal law and the laws of the states in which the attorney is licensed or otherwise permitted.

5.1 Citrus Legal, PLLC is independent and is not affiliated with the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any marketplace platform.
5.2 Filing fees and third-party charges are set by those third parties and are your responsibility unless the engagement agreement states otherwise.Fees, Costs, and Payments
6.1 Fees will be as stated in your engagement agreement or invoice. Fees may be flat fee, hourly, or hybrid.
6.2 Government fees, courier fees, translation, and other expenses are billed to you in addition to legal fees unless included in a flat-fee scope.
6.3 Invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise. Late balances may accrue a service charge as permitted by law. We may suspend services for nonpayment.
6.4 Chargebacks on authorized payments are a material breach. You agree to contact us to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback.Refunds
7.1 Flat fees are earned as outlined in the engagement agreement. Work performed is nonrefundable once delivered or filed.
7.2 Government filing fees are nonrefundable once submitted.
7.3 If you terminate services before completion, you remain responsible for work performed and costs incurred through the termination date.Client Responsibilities
8.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information, timely instructions, and prompt approvals.
8.2 You are responsible for reviewing drafts, specimens, and filings for accuracy before submission.
8.3 You are responsible for monitoring your business activities for potential infringement or misuse unless our engagement includes monitoring services.Communications; SMS Policy
9.1 By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications by email, phone, or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

21.1 Before filing any claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal discussions for at least 30 days after written notice.
21.2 At Citrus Legal, PLLC’s option, any unresolved dispute arising out of these Terms or the site may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. The seat will be Tampa, Florida. The arbitrator may award individual relief only. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law. Judgment may be entered on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction.
21.3 You and Citrus Legal, PLLC waive class actions and agree to proceed only on an individual basis.Advertising and Ethics Compliance
