Flat fees, quoted before anything is filed.

Five flat-fee stages, from a $650 clearance search to $3,700 for a difficult registration, plus $495 a month for ongoing portfolio counsel. Every fee is agreed in writing before any work begins, and USPTO filing fees are separate.

Citrus Legal is a flat-fee law firm in St. Pete, Florida. Trademark work is nationwide. Business contracts are for Florida businesses, including founders across Tampa Bay.

Five stages, ordered by how far your brand has grown. Every stage is a fixed fee agreed in writing at the start. USPTO filing fees are paid directly to the government and are separate in every stage.

  1. Stage 01 · Naming in progress

    Seed

    For a name that is still being decided. A full search of federal trademark records, all fifty states’ records and real-world use, and a written opinion telling you whether it is worth building on.

    Sprout

    For a name you have committed to. A comprehensive search, a full opinion letter, and a one-class federal application drafted to survive examination, with the owner name, description of goods, class, and filing basis all chosen deliberately.

  3. Stage 03 · Launching or scaling

    Grove

    Most chosen

    Registration handled from search to certificate. Everything in Sprout, plus a second class, specimen review and every procedural Office Action response: the disclaimers, amendments, and clarifications the examiner asks for, included in the fee rather than billed as they arrive.

    Classes beyond two are $300 each, plus the USPTO fee. Substantive refusals, like likelihood of confusion or descriptiveness, are quoted separately before any work begins, or covered in full by Harvest.

  4. Stage 04 · Difficult names

    Harvest

    For difficult names that need extra security. Everything in Grove, plus every substantive Office Action response, including likelihood of confusion and descriptiveness refusals, handled inside one flat fee instead of billed as they arrive.

    Ongoing counsel for a brand with more than one mark. Watch service over new filings, domains, and handles; renewal and maintenance deadlines tracked; enforcement letters sent when someone gets close. Most months you hear nothing, which is the point.
